How we support your data center job

Spec & Submittal Support

We work with your engineer to get the right products specified — and we can help gather the manufacturer data your submittal needs. If a competitor holds the spec, we'll help you build the or-equal case.

Factory Access

A direct line to every manufacturer we represent. Product questions answered fast, lead times checked at the source, and escalation when a mission-critical schedule is on the line.

Expediting & Lead Times

We track your orders at the factory, communicate real lead times, and coordinate release schedules with your distributor — so the job always knows what's coming and when.

One Call, Every Zone

From the duct bank to the rack, one rep covers it. Bundle the whole package through your distributor instead of chasing a dozen manufacturers separately.

The earlier we're in, the more we can do. Once bid day passes, product decisions are mostly made. Call us while the spec is still being written and we can shape the job — not just supply it.

Build your submittal request

Submittal help is a call away. Check the lines you need for your data center job and send us the request — we can help gather the current manufacturer product data, dimensional drawings, applicable listings, and installation instructions.

Common questions

Do you sell direct?

No. As a manufacturer’s representative, all product moves through electrical distribution. Tell us the job and tell us the job and we’ll support it through your distributor.

What does a manufacturer’s rep actually do?

We work between the manufacturer, the engineer, and the distributor: getting products specified, keeping them stocked, supporting your distributor, and solving problems when the job is live. One call covers every line we represent.

What territory do you cover?

We cover three territories — New York, Philadelphia, and Washington, D.C. The manufacturers we represent vary by territory, so reach out and we’ll confirm coverage for your project and line.

Can you help with submittals?

Yes — it’s a service we offer. Tell us the lines and the spec sections and we can help gather the manufacturer product data you need — or start with the submittal request builder on this page.

Can you help if a competitor’s product is specified?

Often, yes. If one of our lines is a legitimate or-equal, we’ll help build the substitution request and work the engineer’s approval process. The earlier you call, the better the odds.

How early should we get you involved on a data center project?

As early as possible — ideally while the spec is still being written. Before bid day we can help shape product selection and submittals; after bid day, options narrow.
