Brazill Brothers & Associates now represents Wheatland Tube throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C., and Northern Virginia.
This addition expands the electrical raceway and support products available through our team, giving contractors, distributors, and engineers more options for commercial, industrial, and infrastructure projects.
An Established Name in Electrical Raceway
Manufacturing since 1931, Wheatland Tube is part of Zekelman Industries. Its electrical portfolio includes steel EMT, rigid metal conduit, IMC, rigid aluminum conduit, elbows, couplings, and nipples, along with ZI-Strut® and PVC conduit.
That range allows customers to consider multiple raceway materials and the supporting products needed for an installation through one manufacturer.
Practical Options for the Installation
Beyond standard conduit, Wheatland offers products that address common needs in the field:
- 20-foot EMT: Fewer connections on long runs compared with standard 10-foot lengths.
- SmartSet™ EMT: A built-in set screw coupling reduces handling of separate couplings.
- SmartCompression™ EMT: A pre-installed compression coupling simplifies assembly where compression connections are specified or preferred.
- SpeedCouple: A pre-installed swivel coupling helps connect rigid conduit and IMC, including in tight spaces.
- Color EMT and Rigid Conduit: Eight color options help distinguish electrical systems at a glance.
ZI-Strut®: Channel and Accessories Together
Wheatland’s American-made ZI-Strut line includes steel channel compatible with industry-standard 1⅝-inch profiles, plus channel nuts, brackets, beam clamps, conduit clamps, and fittings.
Wheatland can also co-load strut, accessories, and conduit, allowing related materials to arrive in one delivery.
PVC Conduit: An American-Made Nonmetallic Option
Wheatland’s Schedule 40 and Schedule 80 PVC conduit provides corrosion-resistant raceway for applications including below-grade and concrete-encased installations.
Manufactured in the USA, it is available in ½-inch through 8-inch diameters and 10- and 20-foot lengths.
